Pierre-Anthony Canovas interviews Soraya Umewaka, a young film director who is presenting in the festival her documentary "I am happy" which portraits different protagonists living in one of Rio’s favelas.The international Rio film festival, the biggest one in South America starts September 24th and runs until October 8th. Nisimasa, the european network of young cinema is there with a dozen of dynamic people, from both Europe and Latin America, offering every two days a bilingual magazine (english/portugese) for the participants.
