First half is jerky because I tried to manual focus free hand without any support. Second half uses AF. The clicking noise is when I half-press the shutter button to quickly refocus. Then I realize the camera does it on its own. :D My GH1 is a PAL version so it encloses 25p output in 50i AVCHD so no pull down is required.
