Saxophonist LeRoi Moore, a founding member of the Dave Matthews Band, died unexpectedly on Tuesday of complications from a crash. Moore had been injured in June while riding an all-terrain vehicle near his farm in Charlottesville, Virginia. He had recently returned to his home in Los Angeles to begin rehabilitation. The classically trained musician, known for wearing dark sunglasses during performances, was 46. The daughter of late country star Johnny Cash says the use of her father's name in a political endorsement is "appalling". Country star John Rich implied Cash would have backed Republican hopeful John McCain while appearing at a rally. According to media reports, Rich, a member of the duo Big and Rich, told a crowd of supporters in Florida: "Somebody's got to walk the line in the country."
